As tradition dictates, a day of perfect cycling conditions. Kudos to the four riders who entered, especially as they all rode to the start. And kudos to Ben for being the second rider back out of a total of 57 entrants. [I'm in awe of the guy who arrived first in 3 hours, 50 minutes, having cycled to the start from Bristol as part of a 300-km day out!] Surplus money from entry fees and food donations will be donated to Thames Valley Air Ambulance and Flexicare. Enormous thanks to the team of support workers who help this to be such a popular local event.
