Much warmer than of late with (c 10 degC) with a fresh Westerly wind which pushed us over to Wallingford in quick time, just as well given the standard of driving on display! After an alfresco (yes, even at the end of November) coffee stop in Wallingford we took the back roads to the Harwell campus and then the old NCN Route to Ginge. This avoided the worst of the headwind which was briefly in evidence along the ex-conker alley. Three of us enjoyed a sociable drink (or two!)in the KAH next to the fire (sadly not lit today, due to lack of dry wood apparently).
