Radcot and Tadpole - take two

There were two of us today - a distinct improvement on the last time this route was run. It would appear that fog and the risk of ice put off fewer riders than sleet and strong winds.

It was pretty murky on our first pass over the Corallian Ridge - visibility was very poor when we crossed the A420 at Little Coxwell. The fog was thick near the Thames at Radcot too.

Bampton Coffee House offered some welcome respite before almost good visibility at Tadpole Bridge. The sun broke through as we climbed up to the Corallian Ridge at Buckland but soon retreated from view.

Back in Wantage well before 1:00pm we discovered that Alfie's had no draught on tap. So we retired to The Bear and reflected on a rather enjoyable ride. (beer)
