A fabulous day on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Cloudy to start but brightened up nicely and rather warm at times.

We made the obligatory climb up to see the Needles from the old Battery and mostly followed the Round the Isle route on nearly all newly surfaced roads which were a joy to ride on. I added in some variations to the route to avoid busier sections of road (although some are still unavoidable).

Service at all of the stops was very quick and we made it back to Yarmouth just as the 18:20 ferry was docking.

A great group of riders made it a very easy ride to lead with no dramas or traumas. Thank you for your company and coming along
