Nobody waiting at WMP but Phil had texted to say that he would meet me at Bradfield College. It was a grim, grey ride up Chain Hill with an unpleasant crosswind but thereafter I enjoyed a fast (for me!) ride in improving weather to Bradfield where Phil was waiting. A nice sociable 40 minutes took us through to the ever-reliable Hampstead Norreys community cafe and some rather good bacon and egg baps. Phil left the ride at Worlds End to head home and I headed back to Wantage.
