It wasn't the best-looking evening to kick the season off, but two of us made it out. Good banter, and considerate riding made it a very pleasant experience, and great to see the progress Louis' hip is making.

The last 5km or so were in a light drizzle, but it was very bearable.

Pete joined us at Alfie's and we spent longer in the pub than on the road, which was fine as the rain got a little steadier.
