A very straightforward ride in benign conditions ... hold that!

Several riders were feeling a bit fragile.
One was a few minutes late and in catch-up mode at the start.
One covered his rear derailleur in mud at a personal pit stop, ran out of battery on his garmin and then went off route to Abingdon. The rest of us waited, then turned back to find him - but he had disappeared.
One had a detachable pedal.
One left, by agreement, at the coffee stop and then his power meter failed - another battery failure.
The usual coffee stops were closed and there were big queues.

The vintage MGs in Abingdon Market Place were great!
