A very social and incident free ride in lovely conditions.
We checked out the new cafe at Snelsmore Common. The cakes and coffee were both excellent, if somewhat slowly served. Bacon & sausage butties were on the menu but, given how long it took to get a coffee, none of us dared to risk it. We sat outside in the sunshine in front of the cafe where there are several chairs with more available at nearby picnic tables. Inside the seating is more limited with about 10 places.
