Big welcome to Ben Roberts and a welcome back to Louis, post-incident.

It was always threatening to be damp, but fortunately it never really came to much. Certainly not the warmth we've recently become accustomed to though!

The ride was completely uneventful, except for one close pass on the return back... the riders were very disciplined and there was plenty of banter along the way.

It rained quite a bit while we were indoors taking coffee and other delights, and was still a little damp as we climbed up Buckland Hill. Apparently Paddington Bear isn't as big in Peru as in the UK, but Nick enjoyed marmalade on his toasted teacakes nonetheless.

5 managed to force themselves into the KAH afterwards for refreshments and bike talk.
