Perfect springtime conditions, dappled sunshine, still air and mild temperatures, made for a very pleasant ride. Top class group riding skills took us smoothly along the route to the community cafe in Stanford where the first split in the peloton occurred. One table going for cake while the other table indulged in the full English (4* highly recommended). The cake eaters towed the sausage munchers the short leg back to Wantage where half of us enjoyed a pint in the sunshine in front of the KAH. Lovely.
