Well, where was everyone on a beautiful Wednesday evening. With 2 minutes to go it was just Paul J and myself, Pete Wrench came a long but not to cycle! We considered doing two laps of the Market Place and going for a drink at KAH with Pete, but then Libby arrived so we set off. It was pleasantly warm with a light breeze and we made good progress, meeting up with Larry near Kingston Lisle, he was doing a 10-mile loop home. We arrived back in Wantage just after 20:30 and enjoyed a refreshing drink at King Alfred’s Head – thanks to Paul and Libby for coming out.
