A second outing for this foray into ironstone country. The sun didn't appear but the quiet roads and scenery in this neck of the woods always make it a pleasure. Shipston-on-Stour was reached by 11.30, early enough to bag a table at Mrs Brown's cafe, where a clean sweep of breakfasts was consumed. The return leg featured a quick visit to the Hook Norton Brewery and the resident shire horses, a first for some. Thanks to everyone for coming out and taking on the many hills.
