Despite the ominous clouds and discouraging weather forecast the four of us were blessed with a dry ride and a comfortable temperature - a few drops only as we arrived back in Wantage. A quick vote during the return from Boars' Hill resulted in a unanimous decision to switch to Munchies in Southmoor rather than Millet's Farm and the former again provided good service and value. Revitalised, the ride back from Southmoor seemed shorter than usual - three of us required re-hydration therapy at Alfies.
