Not a big turnout for the ride, but enough. The ride out to Wilcote with a tail wind was very pleasant and it was not too long before layers were being removed. We arrived at the Humble Bumble Café, which had changed ownership that day so the menu choice was limited, but sufficient. We enjoyed the sunshine in the comfy sun lounger chairs while tucking into our refreshments. Before Andy drifted off to sleep, we set off back to Wantage. Inevitably, we encountered a headwind on the way back, but we managed to keep it, tight so it made it easier for most!! Andy peeled off home as we approached Denchworth and Pam said good bye at the top of Mill Street. An enjoyable ride covering some roads not used before.
