Our Annual General Meeting will be held on 6th October 2025 starting at 7:30pm to elect a new committee, attend to any motions raised, and to reflect on the past year. The committee is particularly keen to hear members’ views on our programme of rides.

We're holding it in the Upstairs Meeting Room at the King Alfred's Head. As a reminder, we need 8 members to attend to be quorate, so it would be great to see as many of you as possible!

For those that want to socialise post-AGM, as previously, we can pre-order food. Please let Louis know your menu choices.
