Saw a large herd of deer near Fernham being chased around the field by a low flying helicopter. Great value food and fast service at Munch Cafe. The Hanney road was blocked to motorized traffic at the Southmoor end and, with the wind now at our backs, it was a joy. The three most hardcore went for a pint after while I went home for beans on toast and a haircut.
