A good turnout for the first Tuesday of the new season and nice to welcome Jan McCabe for her first ride with Corallian on a flying visit from Shanghai. A dull start turned to drizzle by the time we reached the top of Hackpen but conditions steadily improved and we were able to sit outside in sunshine at Bloomfields. This was a moderately lumpy ride, which meant it was occasionally challenging to keep the group together, especially on the Springline road which did its usual chromatographic job, separating lighter and heavier elements of the ride. Apart from that, no major stresses on a very enjoyable outing.
