What a difference a day makes - the weather was sunny if a little cold to start. We made it to Aston Pottery Cafe in good time, which may reflect the pace we went out on - note to self!. Pete was in heaven when he saw the size of his Chelsea Bun, but was soon brought down to earth when he saw the size of mine!! Everyone enjoyed their coffee and cakes and we headed back to Wantage and we saw a few riders depart as we got nearer to the town centre. A welcome drink was taken at King Alfred's Head and we were joined by Simon about 15 minutes after we had settled down - little did we know Simon had sustained a puncture in Challow and we all managed not to see him - sorry Simon!!
